New Mexico Use Act

When procuring any type of services land grants mercedes must comply with the New Mexico State Use Act. This requires that prior to starting a procurement process all public entities must contact New Mexico Abilities, a non-profit corporation, to determine if they have any qualified disabled New Mexicans who can provide the service(s) needed. If so, the land grant Merced can contract directly without having to go through any further procurement methods.
